The polyclinic of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv region" (hereinafter - the polyclinic of the TMA) is a health care institution that does not have the status of a legal entity.
The head of the polyclinic is doctor Loboyko Olga Ivanivna.
Before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the polyclinic of the State Enterprise "TMA" was located at the address: Kharkiv, 8/10 Hirshman St., but on the night of March 7, 2022, as a result of a missile strike on the Russian Federation, the building of the polyclinic was significantly damaged. The medical staff was relocated to the hospital of the State Enterprise "TMA" at the address: Kharkiv, Gagarina Ave. 19, where outpatient medical care is organized in full.
The main tasks of the polyclinic of the State Enterprise TMA:
Providing emergency medical care in connection with acute, emergency conditions, and injuries.
Providing timely qualified consultative medical care and online consultations with doctors.
Providing medical care at home as needed.
Early detection of diseases through the use of a wide range of modern diagnostic examinations:
- computed tomography,
- ultrasound diagnostics,
- digital radiography,
- neurophysiological studies,
- Holter monitoring, etc.
Conducting preventive examinations of the attached contingent following the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 01.11.2016 № 1146 "On approval of the Procedure for conducting mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations (dispensaries) in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Dynamic monitoring of the health of children, pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, veterans of the Second World War, liquidators of the Chornobyl accidents and their families, ATO and JFO participants, implementation of medical and health measures.
Organization of anti-epidemic measures (together with the CPM): vaccination; detection, dynamic monitoring of infectious patients;
Examination of temporary and permanent disability of patients and control over the quality of treatment.
Selection of patients for inpatient and sanatorium treatment, as well as for medical and medical-psychological rehabilitation of victims of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Conducting medical examinations of drivers and candidates for drivers, medical examination for obtaining permission to receive and carry weapons, etc.
The clinic with a capacity of 850 visits per shift provides consultative medical care in 24 specialties, namely therapy, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, surgery, traumatology, otolaryngology, gynecology, urology, oncology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, dentistry, dermatology, psychiatry, psychology, physiotherapy, infectious diseases, laboratory, radiology, ultrasound, endoscopic and functional diagnostics. High-quality examination and treatment, medical and psychological rehabilitation, the latest modern equipment, high level of requirements for disinfection, sterilization, and compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime are the keys to the safety of medical care in the clinic of the State Medical Institute.
