Appointment with the hospital's attending physician or a specialist of the clinic/hospital.
Consultation with a physical and medical rehabilitation doctor; multidisciplinary team meeting (occupational therapist, physical therapist, assistants, nurse, psychologist); preparation of an individual rehabilitation plan; visiting the department of physical and rehabilitation medicine of the clinic/hospital.
Rehabilitation activities:
- physiotherapy procedures;
- occupational therapy sessions;
- physical therapy sessions;
- workouts on rehabilitation equipment;
- consultations and support by specialist doctors.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation, adjustment of the individual plan if necessary.
Transfer to the next stage of rehabilitation, including a medical rehabilitation center; if needed, continued outpatient treatment or rehabilitation at MRC MIA of Ukraine; List of institutions; MVLC (as indicated) List of MVLC departments.
